Biography
Grégoire Vion received a Masters degree in product design from Creapole in Paris and moved to the San Francisco Bay Area in 1989.
He founded Salamander Design studio in 1993 and began garnering awards in graphic trade publications and annual reviews. Gregoire has also taught corporate identity design at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. In 2003, he founded Grgwr.com to reflect his new focus on illustration.
Grégoire's office is a houseboat, moored in the Emeryville, CA marina across from the Golden Gate Bridge.
