Mailing Lists

Our stringently verified database contains the most up-to-date listing of art buying creatives anywhere.

Workbook Lists offers tightly-edited, aggressively updated lists of buyers at Advertising Agencies, Graphic Design Studios, in-house art departments at Corporations, Magazines, Book Publishers, as well as lists of professional Photographers, Illustrators and Representatives. In addition, we are now proud to offer a list of fine art buyers purchasing art for interior design, corporate and municipal facilities, and commercial use.

We list over 52,000 companies, agencies, artists, representatives, and suppliers in our database. We update this data constantly by maintaining direct contact with each and every individual or company we list. We've tested the marketplace ourselves to see if anyone beats our data. They don't. Our data is 99% accurate. Guaranteed.

When a contact is purchased from Workbook Lists, you will receive the following information for each individual: name, company name, mailing address, phone number, email address (where available), billings (for ad agencies) specialty (for design studios and artists) and a business description for corporate buyers. Although we list thousands of art buying creatives, you can focus your mailing by targeting buyers by their location, their specialty, their agency's billings, and their title. Here are the title groups we use and a brief description of each:

Creative Director/Design Manager
This group includes titles for those who supervise, lead, direct or manage the creative project from concept through completion. In addition to Creative Director and Design Manager, selected titles include Creative Manager, Project Director, Chief Creative Officer, Creative Supervisor, Graphics Manager and Group Head.

Art Director
Those in this group are responsible for developing and carrying out the visual concepts of a project. Every title in this group includes the words "art director" such as Senior Art Director, Brand Art Director, Group Art Director and Marketing Art Director.

Art Buyer/Picture Editor
This group includes title for those who source and recommend assignment illustration, photography and/or license of stock imagery. Buyers in this group may also negotiate prices and usage. Additional titles include Art Producer, Art Manager, Photo Researcher, Art Supervisor and Print Producer. We advise that buyers in this group should always be targeted, even in otherwise limited mailings.

Designer
Titles in this buying group include those responsible for the design elements of a project. Virtually every title in this group includes the word "design" or "designer."

Marketing/Brand Communications
Those in this group are responsible for developing, managing or supervising marketing programs and branding materials or communications. Buyers in this group may work with an advertising agency, design firms or internal creative department. Typical titles include Marketing Communications Director, Marketing Director and Brand Manager.
