Lists can be downloaded in a variety of ways. Whether you need to print labels, import the data into your contact database, or send it to a mail fulfillment company, our data is ready to be put to work.

Mailing Labels
Download a pre-formatted .pdf to print Avery mailing labels from your own computer. Labels are formatted to print on Avery 5160 mailing labels (30 labels per 8 1/2" x 11" sheet. Each label measures 1" x 2 5/8").

Tab Delimited Data Files
Download ASCII tab delimited text files to import into your database, to open as a spreadsheet, or to mail merge with your documents. Tab delimited .txt files can be imported into Excel, FileMaker, Now Contact, Mac Address Book, Palm, and countless other database applications.

Email addresses
Email addresses are included where available in our tab delimited text files. We get permission from everyone we list to publish their email address. All senders of email promotions however are required to abide by the Federal CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. Click here for information about the CAN-SPAM act and legal use of lists for email promotions.

Mail Fulfillment
Send tab delimited data files directly from Workbook Lists to a mail fulfillment company of your choice. This data format is universally accepted.

Unlimited Updates
We still support our data even after you have purchased and downloaded you list. All Workbook Lists are sold for one year's unlimited use, and we offer free, automatic updating to ensure that you always have access to the most accurate information available. When you purchase a Workbook List we store your list criteria on our servers, so every time you download a fresh version of your list you are getting brand new data based on your original search criteria.
